Initial Consultation & Intake (75 minutes) - $200: This extended session allows us to dive deep into your history and build a comprehensive roadmap for our work together.
Individual Therapy Session (55 minutes) - $175
Insurance & Reimbursement
While I do not accept insurance, I can provide you with a monthly Superbill (a detailed receipt). Many clients are able to submit this to their insurance provider for partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I recommend contacting your insurance carrier to ask about their out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage.
Access
I maintain a limited number of sliding scale spots for those with demonstrated financial need. If my standard fee is a barrier for you, please let me know during our initial consultation, and we can discuss current availability.
